At Golden Oak Elder Care we understand the challenges and needs that come with aging and the importance of providing the right care at the right time. Our Goals are to help seniors age gracefully through expertly coordinated care and compassionate guidance, allowing families and loved ones to focus on what matters most- maintaining meaningful connections. We are here to provide freedom for families and loved ones from the taxing (and often confusing) management and administration of elder health care needs.

Meet the Owners

Carly Kyle

With over six years of experience in healthcare, Carly has dedicated her career to improving patient outcomes and navigating the complexities of local and national healthcare systems and providers. Carly has a comprehensive understanding of the industry starting her career managing in-home care with successive progression to managing all of the critical elements of Social Services functions. Carly is also a proud member of the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA), which she utilizes to continue learning industry best practices, and networking with national domain experts in care management. During the past few years at St. Luke’s, she has gained invaluable insights into the challenges and unique needs of patients seeking care and has a proven record of matching patient’s needs with a capable network of providers and caregivers. Her passion lies in connecting individuals to the right care at the right time, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

Carly brings a unique perspective on providing healthcare services. As a cancer survivor, she understands firsthand the importance of getting the right providers and how overwhelming the healthcare system can be. Carly is committed to guiding patients through their journey with compassion and expertise.

Outside of her professional life, Carly enjoys yoga, rock climbing , and spending time in her garden growing fresh fruits and veggies. She appreciates spending time outdoors, whether walking on the greenbelt, hiking in the foothills, or being on the river. Carly believes that a balanced life is essential for overall well-being, and she brings that same philosophy to her work in care management.

Jake Rippert

Jake brings over eight years of tech experience to elder care management, fueled by a deep-seated desire to make a meaningful impact on his community. He is a committed professional and has a proven track record in complex problem-solving and developing/implementing innovative solutions. In order to have a broader and more meaningful impact, Jake decided to create a business of his own that reflects his values and interests, focusing on the well-being and successful outcomes of others.

Recognizing the pressing challenges facing our aging population, he became passionate about alleviating the stress on the healthcare system. Jake understands that many seniors struggle to access the care they need, and he is committed to bridging that gap. His goal is to ensure that seniors can age gracefully, with dignity and respect, in environments that support their physical and emotional needs. By combining his tech expertise with a heartfelt dedication to elder care, Jake aims to revolutionize the way we approach aging in our communities, making a lasting difference in the lives of those he serves.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys a variety of hobbies that keep him active and grounded. He loves playing soccer, rock climbing, and can also be found spending quality time with his dog, Huey, often out on hikes and taking him swimming in the river. Through these activities, Jake maintains a balanced lifestyle that complements his commitment to dignity and respect for seniors.
